Le migliori intranet del 2007
Puntuale come ogni anno, e' uscito il report di Jakob Nielsen e Donald Norman che premia le migliori intranet:
* American Electric Power (AEP), Stati Uniti
* Comcast, Stati Uniti
* DaimlerChrysler AG, Germania
* The Dow Chemical Company, Stati Uniti
* Infosys Technologies Limited, India
* JPMorgan Chase & Co., Stati Uniti
* Microsoft Corporation, Stati Uniti
* National Geographic Society, Stati Uniti
* The Royal Society for the Protection of Birds (RSPB), Regno Unito
* Volvo Group, Svezia
I quattro vincitori nel settore Manufacturing indicano una maggiore attenzione ai temi dell'usabilita' in un settore tradizionalmente "hard".
Ancora scarsa la considerazione del ROI, a parte due eccezioni:
* la extranet di Comcast per la gestione del marketing ha ridotto i costi di gestione delle versioni e della distribuzione del 50-60%
* Infosys ha riscontrato una riduzione del 65% delle chiamate all'help desk.
